Flashing ? Sealant ? Is this correct installation ? So many questions and so little experience with flat or low roofs. Please help!
I believe the stacks should have a rubber boot over them at the base. I don’t see those installations though.
The boot should terminate on top of and be sealed to the roof membrane.
