Permit information and category are required from the building department. They will have the classification of the structure and thus your answer…

If you have an enclosed Florida room under air that is not part of the main roofing system and there is an old exterior door between the Florida room and the house, are you still counting the Florida room?

Yes,
It looks like light weight construction, I think you will find that the HO policy does not cover it anyway, there needs to be a rider to cover it.
