Flex WATER lines to H2O heaters

Are there any issues with using flex lines in this manner? (see picture)

Looks good to me, provided that piping is rated for Hot and cold.

Thanks Steven! I guess because they were black I was not sure they were even steel. No rating tags. I let it go. Your timely reply was much appreciated!

They may be rated for hot and cold water, but are you sure that they are allowed to be that close to the vent?
