I wanted to share a quick thought that’s been on my heart lately. As business owners, I believe we have a unique opportunity—and even a responsibility—to lift others up, even those in our own industry. Sometimes that means helping someone who might be seen as a “competitor.”
To me, it’s not about losing ground; it’s about building something bigger than ourselves. When we support others, we create a stronger, more connected community. We show that our work is not driven by fear or scarcity but by generosity and purpose. That kind of leadership can transform industries—and lives.
I know not everyone sees it this way, and that’s okay. But I’ve found that when we give freely, we often receive far more in return—sometimes in unexpected ways. At the very least, we gain respect, trust, and a legacy worth being proud of.
Just wanted to share where I’m coming from. I’d love to hear your thoughts. Money won’t last forever but building a legacy will!
