Where on the NACHI website can I find the follow-up letter templates we can use for realtors and the homeowners of the homes we inspect? I can’t find it anywhere.

I generally follow up with a call and always submit a thank you card in the mail with a coupon for XX amount of dollars off on there next inspection.


For the listing agent whom I have nver met I include information brochures at the time of the insepction and submit a mailer within a week of the inspection.
