While I have only used the NACHI version of the emailing of real estate agents, I can say for a fact the only reason that small percentage requests removal is because their in box is already clogged up with junk email.

Maybe in the future NACHI could help those realtors with some good tools to limit spam emails getting into their in box. I believe that many would certainly be thankful for getting useful information which would only help them spend more of their time making us inspectors busier! ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)
