Commission rates 30% Ex. $400 inspection you make $120 for a 4 hour inspection/reporting period. It may take a little longer or take less time for the home inspection process to be completed. That scenario is about $30 an hour.

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Yikes. For such a “great, huge, bestest” inspection company ever…they sure treat their employees like garbage if this is what they offer.

Hell, I start rookies out at higher pay than this.

WOW! Fast food workers there make as much or more when you count in their benefits, regular hours, they are not paying employer portion of payroll taxes and SS taxes, and they have absolutely no liability.

If y’all read on with the job annoucment it is not a bad deal or as bad as some make it sound! Dave runs a very good company with low turnover.

W-2 Wage / employment taxes paid. (Weekly checks which are direct deposited)
