Keith Swift has a good grip on the many possible litigation problems facing HI’s I use the software he helped to develop and my law dude says your best defence is a good offence . In my humble opinion PV software is the only way to go.
I spent at least 40 hrs tweaking the 11,000 boiler plate stuff that comes with the program… I also spend about 30.min per report modifying the narratives. I love the program as do my customers.
