garage drywall fire rating inspection

Hi folks

I have inspect a house today. The garage wall are just plywood panels except the side attaching the living space is composed of brick wall. There are no other living space above the garage or the other three side. Is this Ok with you all. Thanks for any comments

The Brick is fine. Does it go all the way up to the ridge of the roof?

If not, then drywall would be required in the attic or garage ceiling.

Good Thanks, I dont think there is drywall panel above . I will write it up.
