Absolutely correct.

In this particular case, if he were to cover the walls (assuming they are not covered), he would have to meet todays standards in doing so. If they are already covered, leave 'em alone and move out ![icon_wink.gif](upload://ssT9V5t45yjlgXqiFRXL04eXtqw.gif)
