For those who do not know, Gerry was in Myrtle Beach, SC today and tought a class on Mobile home inspections and commercial property inspections. For those w/in a 6 hour radius of Myrtle Beach who did not attend the class…your crazy!
Gerry is fun and informative. The class was fantastic! Better than any ITA or Kaplan offered class I’ve ever sat through.
If you have the chance to attend one of Gerry’s classes or courses…DO IT! The man is a real work of art. Loved the class. Thanks Gerry!
You sure that was the real Gerry?? I’ve heard he has a few clones roaming the country. 
Must be at least four . I saw four different post saying what a great Guy Gerry is .
I think lots of us do know that .
I was sort of surprised when all the posts came in Now I know why Gerry’s so good there are really at least four Gerry’s out there .

The beauty of four is he does not have to spread any one of them so thin.

Gerry, can’t wait until you can come to southern Utah to teach the same classes, while you’re here you could visit Zions National Park, Bryce Canyon, only a couple of hours from Vegas, nice drive north if you like the w-i-d-e o-p-e-n s-p-a-c-e.

I would like to take some of the credit for Gerry’s knowledge, he came on a ride alone to an inspection with me last week where I was more than happy to pass on my wealth on experience and know how to him!!!
