Hello all! After a long road, I have launched my business “Rock Home Inspections” and have started to do a few. The inspection process itself is the easiest part for me. I have tons of experience in construction and was a codes officer for almost 5 years where I inspected hundreds of homes and Job sites.
The business part is where I need a little help. I feel like google reviews will be important. Do any of you give clients a generic sheet at the end of the inspection with a thank you and “feel free to share your thoughts on my google page” or does that happen on its own? Thank you!
We use https://www.blippreviews.com/ it sends out a review request via email.
We get a lot of reviews. If I asked people to give us reviews at the end of the inspection, I’m sure we would get more. Blipp also has a feature that automatically updates your website with the latest 5 star reviews. Here’s an example. www.NaplesBestInspector.com
36 hours after the inspection we send an email with a link to Google Review asking for a our client to review us on Google. It is done automatically for us through our ISN account for all of our clients.
