We luv ya anyhow…you decent geezer.
Maybe it didn’t know the words!
I was gonna use that one, but my grandson came up with the one I used…
The 20 amp bathroom circuit can power lights and fans etc if it only serves one bathroom. If it only serves receptacles it can power other bathrooms.
Jim, I have always understood the above but have a question as of recently.
Can the bathroom receptacle circuit of all bathrooms also include receptacles near a sink in the laundry room?
bathrooms require dedicated 20amp circuit which means you cannot share other receptacles with it.
No, laundry area receptacles require their own 20 amp circuit. When serving receptacles in more than one bathroom the 20 amp bathroom receptacle circuit can serve only bathroom receptacles, that would also exclude the laundry.
Thank you both! Just wanted to check that I wasn’t missing an exclusion somewhere.
At one time yes. And the garage, basement, front and back doors AND it was allowed to be a 15 AMP circuit.
At one time, a tipi did not require electricity at all. Very helpful during today’s inspections!
It’s required now? But it isn’t a habitable room.
I lived in a tipi one summer in my hippy daze. LOL!
