I could employ two qualified experienced teams full time, three if a team was fluent in Spanish. Under different circumstances, we could train people - just not at present. I need experienced qualified people that want to make some real money - where the heck are they?

I believe there are several quality HI inspections schools in Florida. Perhaps their instructors may know someone of interest (no, not students). Sounds like you have a good money making business, I wouldn’t liquidate just yet. It may be worthwhile to spend a little on advertising.
