Hello I recently had an inspection at a home where current construction was being done to install drain tile and a sump pump. During construction the worker pointed out that he had damaged a mutistrand wire in the corner of the basement. There was another in the opposite corner as well. They appear to be grounding but it is the first time I’ve seen them at an inspection and was hoping to get more information about them. Thank you
