I’ve seen additions onto mobile homes but never one like this before. Would be an interesting inspection.
Your inspection should be finished from the photograph since it is a gross violation of HUD and ICC standards for any alteration to the structural members of a manufactured home and it will require a complete electrical and structural engineering evaluation.
