Handicap Accessibility info or certifications

I had a great day. I went to what I thought was going to be just another meet and greet meeting but would up learning about a slew of new programs being offered by the local housing authority and banks that will allow first time home buyers and people with disabilities afford a home.

My question is what information is out there on NACHI about what to look for when inspecting a home for a person with disabilities? the only thing I cold find was related to commercial buildings and it was more of a checklist than instruction.

NACHI has an “aging in place” checklist. Don’t know of any accessibility training, per se, but there is a commercial accessibility report.
