Joshua, I had one of these last week and had to call to decipher the serial number. Call the number that was listed for Michigan. When you get the recorded message press the number for contractors.
It was a pain in the area but I got through.

Yes, I think most of whats listed is correct but I had the same problem. Some of these units you have to call as the serial number doesn’t contain the date of MFG
