Not sure if I’m looking at PVC or TPO. Some serious lack of flashing at the chimney.

So, if you look very closely, PVC has a woven or fabric type texture or appearance. Often more noticable where there is UV damage or wear.
Otherwise, you will have to follow @lkage advice and describe an unknown rolled material consistent with TPO or PVC
