Does anyone recognize this roof vent? I’m trying to figure out the net free area of it and can’t find any info on it.

Measure the circumference and or diameter and do a little pi math to figure it out. Nobody here will be able to just tell you based on your pic alone. If there is some screen… reduce the area by 25%
BTW, whenever you redo an old roof, the vents that look like the one in your pic and all flashing should be replaced
