I guess investors have a very short memory, lol. It only took a day to forget the news you posted.
The truth is, the news release had nothing to do with the share price drop on 9/6. It was actually just an update on old news. The real reason the share price has these huge swings is because it trades below $1 at the moment, and because the company is mainly an insurance company. And insurance companies are volatile right now due to many factors.
