Nick and I correspond quite often. I don’t dislike Nick, I question his motives. I think he is trying to improve the lot, and he seems to want to correct the objectionable actions of the ESOP. I would even go so far as to say that through my repeated bombardments Nick has and is taking actions to correct things that are glaringly wrong within Nachi. He knows the value of sound advice when he reads it. Thats why he is anxious to have me come out to Colorado and do a commercial and an interview. Thanks again Nick!

Joe why don’t you condemn the constant berating from James of Roy? Surely anyone worth their salt as Chair of the ESOP would have the common sense to do so, particularly given James sits on the ESOP. Your silence speaks volumes as to your own indignant breaches of common sense. Your animosities are clouding your judgement Joe! In this particular case, the sole inconsistency has been the lattitute you have been given since NACHI lost its “magic”.
Of course, NACHI actually lost nothing. I thought it was a pretty funny phrase, though.

Re: After participating in yesterday’s fusion IR camera demo… I’m not too impressed.
For those that take a lot of IR scans, you can make a bar to clamp a small digital camera to the IR camera at the tripod mounts.
This doesnt deal with the fusion issue but makes “camera swapping” easier on a big job.
Like I stated earlier, when this all started some of us had not made up our minds.
But since watching all of the hate filled and vindictive posts by Roy and Ray …Roy Cooke and Ray Wand have lost all credibility and support.
Roy might spend 30-minutes on a Radio show doing a lot of heavy handed SELF PROMOTION with every now and then a mention of NACHI but then he comes on this message board and spends hours, and hours, and hours wiping out what LITTLE good he did on the Radio!

If there was ANY doubt that one or both have been “wronged” by the ESOP committee then they have killed any sympathy that that might have had.

Rarely are we treated to the spectacle of grown men carrying on like school boys fighting over he said / he said , such as we have seen here. From the members of the ESOP who have handily answered the question of " What do you eat with that mouth?" ( the preceding question of " Do you eat with that mouth?" being a forgone conclusion) to ‘newbees’ chiming in with bits of criticism about issues with which they are obviously not familiar, this whole affair has been nothing short of a train wreck for I.N.A.C.H.I. Members of the ESOP should be setting the example and in a way they are. Are any of them over 13 years old? The language. The insults ( particularly to the Canadian Member of the year) The threats. They and much more only serve to illustrate to anyone stumbling upon this drivel ( and by the way the word is DRIVEL not dribble) must think that they have fallen into a grade five debating class. Here is a hint ESOP; you do not have to respond to every post that you don’t like. You have assumed a position that invites closer scrutiny and comment. If you don’t like it, if you cannot stand the heat then get out. Your constant argument; your inevitable ‘last word’ and your “he called me a bad name so I am going to call him three!” attitude are not representative of the membership of a professional organization. Mr. Cooke, if you truly love your I.N.A.C.H.I. then stop posting comments that serve to enrage. Your constant picking at the scab only makes thing worse. If you love I.N.A.C.H.I. then move on. The only thing your constant rehashing of events does is to drag the whole organization down. That being said, if the powers that be in the ESOP are successful and have you expelled from this organization it will mean the loss of a large number of Canadian members and a loss of whatever public profile we have ( and after this last three weeks that ain’t much).
