Hey Dan Harris and Dom D'Agostino... you are correct and I fully agree with you.

Yah, allright, you continue to impress your self, and others that are inpressed with you.
Hopefully some will see fancy titles, and little experienced mean very little to rema in in this busuness, and hopefully they will continue to get the all the info, and continued CE from others with more than 500 inspections, they need, prior to trying to impress every one else how great they are.

Quite frankley, with your attitude you are a disgrace to our profession.

Dan, don’t you read what you post?

I was not tring to “impress” anyone. I have done what I have done. Others have done more and others have done less.

But YOU have been trying (and failing, I might add) to impress this board that you are some great authority on who is and who is not a “home inspector”.

I am. Various states and mutiple clients and NACHI, NAHI and ASHI standards say so.

Who are you to say different? Answer that, shich is your own question.

I do not need to “impress” you.

Case closes (hopefully for good).

Dan

Listen to Decker he has eight green squares. He must know something!

Johnny,

Tell Ray he missed some good education this past weekend.

As to that old post you dug up regarding Chad and Jim, I can tell you that they are good guys. I dont communicate with Chad much, but can tell you he is highly intelligent and knows a lot about older and historic dwellngs. If he inspects the way he repaired autos, he’s gotta be awesome. The man has a sterling reputation. Keep him out of this. He, unlike some others, has the courage of his convictions. He does not lurk nor snipe from the sidelines. He does not hide behind false names, like Johnny Appleseed. He is too honorable for that. I know this and have never met the man.

As to Jim Morrison, he is also a good guy. When we manage to get past assosication bias (which Jim and I agreed to long ago) we find that we likely have more in common than we know. Jim is also highly experienced and intelligent. He has created a niche for himself, and wish him much success. Keep him out of this, as well.

So, before you dig some crap up from the past, consider the fact that many have evolved. Some, however, cannot.

Grow up.

As usual you have nothing to say, heck your post doesn’t even relate to the positions presented by these parties. Who cares about their respective abilities.

Carry on!

Hey Raymond,

HANDASTHU

HANDASTHU

Nickos communist hi org.
Put the fear of death in members if they do not follow your rules.

Promise the world, deliver scraps, tell them repeatedly, the same thing 4 or 5 times on the same day on your web site., show them pictures of printing presses, race cars, newspaper racks, to convince them theres much more to come.

Offer free memberships to high profile members from opposing HI orgs, make a press release,on separate post/topic on BB board to tell all…

Destroy any competing org, with comparable membership requirements,
lie about their members ethics and creditability, and sue them or what ever else it takes to put them down,
.
If a competing HI org has higher requirements, lie to the public, Realtors, state legislators about the requirements it takes for those members to marketed to the public as certified home inspectors.

Burb, yawn.

Boy genious you are just to brilliant.

In your case it’s easy to appear so.

Thanks, I don’t want to make you look like a complete fool, considering your lack of experience as per your website and your other trivial posts.

Ray,
I was never really impressed with your site but if you have any suggestions formine, I’m listening.

Thanks

Suggestions, ya I have a suggestion for you, look around at other sites to get an idea what a complete and utter failure you are as a home inspector.

Raymond,

Funny, I don’t feel like a failure. My clients like my work and even offer up testimonials. You’ll be seeing some of them on my new site.

In your case, I’ll just consider the source.

Testimonials as to your dismal work? Or testimonials as to your lack of experience?

Too much on my schedule right now to work on my site.
Raymond, You’ll just have to be patient.

Dan,

Until you show everyone that you can pass the INACHI exam 100% and or show a score better than 96% on the NHIE

SHUT THE HELL UP
