In that same Members’ Mostly thread, Nick Gromicko offered to take detractor’s houses, and asked for mercy on their behalf. Don’t take my word for it, go back and read the whole thread. Psychotic, Dissociative? I don’t know. Maybe he just believes he is the Deity, himself. You decide.
Truth is: he can’t do secure either. Maybe even Chad was momentarily impressed with what he saw over a few hours this weekend, but the preponderance of the evidence suggests that NACHI is exactly what it has always appeared to be. Invisi-NACHI, Inter-NACHI, and Infanti-NACHI too -by the way. I trust Chad will be blogging his experiences before too long…
Lorraine and many others should, and will be canonized among the pioneers of our profession. Dissenters will continue and grow as time goes on. Count on it.

Get real, wait till you do 2,000, by then you’ll say dam I glad I didn’t nailed for all the things I missed in the first 500, complete 3,000 you should be saying that again. If not, your not long for this business.
Think anything differently, you are better off getting out now, or your will be sued out of business before you even get to 2,000.

I meet and exceed the ASHI full membership standards (umless there is some secret star chamber committee I know nothing about that would prohibit me. If so, then your point about NACHI would also apply to ASHI, would it not?)
In any case, your point was that I, among others on this board, were not “real” home inspectors.
My point was that you have no basis in fact, law or even in your own mind, to make such an assertion.
You have still not conceeded that point, in which you have been proven wrong.
