Our business is continually growing and is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who possesses true dedication, professionalism, and exceptional people skills. This is a full-time contractor position with the potential to become a full-time hourly employee with Inspections Over Coffee. Starting pay will be based on experience and qualifications. Our ideal candidate is someone that has been in the industry for 2 or more years, has a great reputation in the real estate community and who is currently (or interested in becoming) a Certified Home Inspector through InterNACHI.
Role and Responsibilities
· Maintain QA/QC company standards
· Perform residential, commercial and environmental property inspections
· Act as eyes and ears of company with inspector attitudes and professionalism
· Be thorough without being an alarmist
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· InterNACHI Inspector Certification completed, or the associate is willing to train, study and become certified during the training period of the hiring process.
· Home Inspection or other industry related experience (2 years minimum)
· Customer Service Experience
· Sales Experience
· Experience/Skills in more than one of the following:
· Building, Construction, Maintenance, Plumbing, Electrical or HVAC

· Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn company utilized software programs
· Ability to create a customer’s home inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection appointment
· Must be able to climb ladders, carry tools and walk on roofs
· Must be able to work year-round in various weather conditions and stand for long periods of time
· Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance to travel to scheduled inspection appointments
· Available to work weekends
· Physically capable of inspecting confined spaces including crawl spaces and attics
· Candidate must successfully complete training as well as InterNACHI’s online educational training and certification program
· Ability to tolerate and adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure and occasional high-stress environments.
· Must be able to lift or carry 20 + pounds
