We are hiring InterNACHI certified inspectors in Florida to become building inspectors for commercial and large multifamily properties. We are looking for both contract and full time inspectors. You can keep your current home inspection business and work part time for us, or work with us full time.
We are a fast growing technical consulting company conducting commercial property assessments all over the Southeast.
Requirements:
• Experience constructing and/or maintaining commercial and industrial properties and equipment;
• Solid understanding of building structures, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and commercial equipment;
• Professional demeanor;
• Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
• Self-starter and ability to work remotely
• Maintaining InterNACHI CPI and additional certifications and licenses;
• 25-75% travel with some overnight trips;
• Some weekend work may be required;
• Own and maintain a truck or van to use on the job
Responsibilities:
• Inspecting and assessing commercial and industrial property and equipment;
• Energy Audits
• Conducting technical research;
• Identifying defects for remediation and future maintenance;
• Writing and reviewing reports;
• Interviewing property managers and owners
• Physical activity that will involve walking, crawling, and sometimes climbing
