Can anyone give me some ideas on what they pay new inspectors. I’m looking at hiring an inspector to cover an area outside my normal range. Any ideas on hourly, comp or percentage pay. I would be providing all tools, insurance, etc.

There was discussion of this on another board a while back , the general response was 35-45 % of inspection fee
