And the problem is?

I ask the question since I am on the Education Committee. I don't yet know who we are educating, but I think education is also for the new members and those just getting started in HI. I know electrical is the weak point for many home inspectors. I think this is a good example of pictures that need arrows and verbiage to describe what is going on for those with weak electrical. Of course, most of us would hope that everyone could recognize the problems here. However, just like Igor said, "you must never get comfortable." So let's not assume that everyone does know what's going on here and help educate our newbies and the Realtors who are visiting our site.

D***m, I'm on a roll this morning. Is it too early for margaritas?
