Hot Water Tank Supply Line

Lets try this again.

While doing an inspection on an older home rehabbed by investor I noticed low water pressure on hot side at all faucets. When looking at HWT the dia of the hot supply was too small. A plumber went to home and confirmed this. Not to mention other issues like the exposed romex.

The pressure would measure the same the flow would be restricted with a smaller pipe . This is a common mistake made all of us some times .

It that pvc and not cpvc on the hot line?
