Improper grading on exterior was noted at beginning of inspection. Later when i reached bathroom I discovered the effects of the improper grading. Puddling water allowed for apparent mold growth to thrive on the porous surfaces of the door frame. Being this was the wall the sub panel was on, the customer was notified of the hazardous situation and apparent mold growth.
