Switch and plate loose from box.
So from what I am seeing it is not required to add a photo with a brief description?
I see lots of statements but no images.
Oh wait, took me to the last page, the first few pages was everyone saying they are starting!!
Good class on a slow afternoon.
The paper clip icon is not allowing me to attach a photo. Clicking on it asks to insert the URL for the image or use paper clip to attach. But there is no paper clip.
Hi, Jerry. Nice image. You may be interested in the free, online course about mobile homes at http://www.nachi.org/manufactured-mobile-homes-course.htm
Taking the How to Perform Residential Electrical Inspections course now. After the Radon Measurement Service Provider course this should be a snap. ( I hope)

Hi everyone, hope the course is going well. Came across an open splice in the attic, home owner special, glad I was looking where I was crawling, could been a bad day.
Take care, JS
Happy New Year Everyone,
Here is a picture of a panel I inspected the other day. Typical double tapped breaker(s) that have tripped and will not reset. Advised the client to have a licensed electrician evaluate.
This picture shows the lack of GFCI protection near kitchen sink. Additionally the receptacle in the bathroom was not GFCI protected.
I came across this meter box. It was mounted to the exterior the home. There was no apparent on going water issues. The climate here is very dry and I am not sure what would of caused the box to oxidize.
Happy New Years everyone!
Here is a picture of a house’s plumbing system correctly connected to a ground wire and functioning as a grounding electrode.
Hey everybody,
Attached is a picture of a receptacle with an open ground.

Attached a photo of service panel with cabinet in front of it. Thanks. I hope I posted this correctly. First time posting.
Oops. I think I posted the pic upside down. Sorry.
In our recently purchased home there was an upgrade to our electrical panel, being our home was built in the late 50’s our old panel was a zinsco, we now have a Square D, the old panel was abandon and this is the remnant of it…
