Only time will tell…it’s like anything else, you need to get the word out that it’s available.
Please clarify the above statement. Are you implying that the Alarm Leads Program somehow eliminates a transaction from going into public records?
Are you stating that only those transactions where a CFP inspector is involved goes into public records?
Don’t be tricked!
More manufactured lies from the Father of lies… I use WeMakeItSafer.
I’ve modified the Appliance page of my report to include Model & Serial numbers and links out to the consumer page of WeMakeItSafer so that my clients can easily register their appliances without having to be harassed by alarm sales people and who know who.
Here is a sample page from a recent report.

It’s pretty simple, nothing in my signature is devoted to you. Once again your ego & insecurities tainted your viewpoint. The signature invites inspectors that may want to offer recall services to explore options. It’s about the inspectors that want to offer recall services & client privacy. See, it’s not about Nathan.
I’m simply offering the inspectors the option. I will suggest they explore the available options…Yes I have the option to use the recall service, I can and will provide the service. Hypocritical…I think not!
I do the exact same thing Joe. I have had the CPSC link in my reports long before I ever heard of P. Nathan Thornberry.
Many clients comment how helpful it is.
This is a service I can & will provide to my clients. I provide the link for all other inspectors to make a choice. Simple isn’t it!
How many home inspectors have found that their home buying client would prefer to have a check for recalls done on their home for the additional cost of their privacy than (if they wanted it done at all) to take the three minutes on line and do it themselves utilizing the free resources provided to the public for that purpose?
The ridiculous comparison provided by a lead broker … suggesting that protecting the privacy of a home owner equates to having them perform their own home inspection … is obviously hyperbolic and self serving.
Home inspectors who use these gimmicks as they are hyped and sold — to create the illusion that their home inspections have more value than those who do not use these gimmicks — conceal from the public, in their promotion of these gimmicks, that they come at the cost of the home buyer’s privacy. If they were to reveal that fact very few home buyers would want these gimmicks and none of them would ask for it on their own.
How to Reduce the Number of Phone Calls Your Clients Get, as the title of this thread reads … is to provide your client’s name, address and telephone number to one less lead broker.
The kid has nothing but stats he pulls out of his own backside.
What a hoot.
Besides, how can anyone trust a confirmed liar? I wouldn’t be able to sleep at night knowing that Thornberry has knowledge of all my clients and Realtor connections… Who knows what could happen when you trust someone with Thornberry’s business ethics. I can state emphatically that after experiencing what is possible, people like Nathan will never have access to my business… NEVER!
This is far more than protecting my clients personal information, I’m also protecting my business from someone who has identified themselves as an enemy… And all this because I refused to do business with him.
Caveat emptor!
Really?
.
Alternatively, a home buyer who utilizes an inspector that doesn’t utilize the Alarm Leads Program and pledges some sort of “confidentiality”, will end up in public records when their transaction happens and will get an unknown number

Here is another lead broker making the same claim as Thornberry. Sell me your client’s personal data and he will get fewer calls. LOL
In this video, John Leach warns of another lead broker who will sell client private data to “10 other” lead brokers.
I wonder who that could be …
Best bet is to hire an inspector who refuses to sell private information to ANY of these lead brokers.
