I fish. And you know what? Oregon laws and regulations supercede the feds. Out of curiosity what was McCains campaign slogan?
Not so. Any “Navagable waterway” is under federal jurisdiction. This can be done by mere executive order, especailly with the EPA and NOAA ruding herd. That is how Washinton works. Rule by burocrats.
Let’s see how this turns out.
Just one more well thought out decision that will bite him in the *** and he will have to blame someone else, reverse course and will have accomplished nothing. More of the same old, same old.
