Inspecting any house for the firm you work at, disclosed or not has trouble written all over it, if there was to ever be an issue. I couldn’t do it in this small area here.
Why do you see it as an issue?
If you are not inspecting the homes you are listing or selling, what is the issue?
But like I said. If it is an issue, then I’ll give the jobs to my inspector.
Simply the relationship amongst realtors referring an inspector that is also a realtor in the same office could be considered a *soft *inspection.
What do you mean your inspector?
The guy that I’m working with. He’s not technically an employee, but kinda like that company in the other thread, he pays me for referrals. So I might get paid $75 and he collects the rest of what he charges for an inspection. But I got the lead for him.
Also, someone else wrote to me wanting to work for me, but I told him I’m not set up for that yet. I’d need a loan.
Still have to disclose that as well, right ? That is the issues here, that I do not want to deal with.
If it’s not my company and I’m just passing it on, do I have to disclose it?
If so, then I’ll just do all my advertising on the other side of the Sound and keep the two entities completely seperate.

I had a nightmare of a day today. I had that Trinity draw inspection and my alternator/belt or something went out. Battery completely drained out. I am so frustrated. Plus I got a job driving for a politician 8 hours a day for $8 an hour plus cash, and I can drive my regular route. So now that is in jeopardy and it was a guaranteed $1400 a month! 
Please God, send me a car that runs. I felt like sucking on a tailpipe today.
When do you ever sleep with all the ventures you have going ? I get tired just thinking about them!

I have three kids and no one but me cares enough to support them. So if I don’t have a gabillion things going, they won’t eat and we’ll end up back on the street. It is exausting and anxiety producing.
