Just wanted to thank you for your video feed at last nights Michigan InterNACHI meeting. There weren’t many inspectors there - maybe 30, but it was definitely worthwhile and everyone seemed interested in continuing on with the meetings. As always, you were both entertaining and informative. I was waiting for my favorite quote from you on FB, “If that’s your ****house rat crazy concern”, but maybe next time! I seriously have that quote on my laptop background.
