Hello Nick,
First I want to let you know that I can’t believe the type of response that I’ve gotten dealing with my issue. It is unbelievable to me that the founder and attorney for interNACHI got personally involved to help me. I just got off the phone with Frank and he was absolutely wonderful. Frank also allowed me to contact him if I have any further issues. I will be a member of InterNACHI for the rest of my life and I will convince real estate agents and brokers in Missouri to use interNACHI. This is my livelihood and I can’t explain how happy I am to be apart of this organization. In addition, I’m going to get with Erik in a couple of weeks and expand my media outreach. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
The first thing I’d like to say, is that to my Father and I, you are our hero, and we believe you to be the King of the home inspection business. My Father, Robert Tirado, a Master Inspector, who owns Villa Home Inspections (Best Home Inspector Weehawken West New York Closter surrounding areas), says that your organization, Internachi, is the best in the business.

Hi Nick! I am approaching my 20th year with you and the organization! I have moved from NH to Florida and moved my business too! Grand View Home Inspections LLC is now in central east coast area. INACHI has been an instrumental part of my success! thanks Nick!
I also want to say how grateful I am. I don’t know if you remember me, but about 4 years ago you started helping guide me. Tomorrow I will do $1,800 in inspections, and Friday I close on my first house. It’s still has some ups and downs, but you were key in giving my son and I a lot of hope, encouragement, and success. In three years we went from being unsure where our next meal was and being told I could never work with my disability, and today we had dinner out as we worked on moving to our new home.
I wanted to say Thank You to you and all the InterNACHI staff for all the great support and Mr. Nick Gromicko for building such a Great Company! I have been a member for a couple of years now. I worked in maintenance for a major pharmaceutical company for 38 years. After the company was sold, the site was closed and I was out of a job. I decided to become a home inspector and found InterNACHI. I’m constantly amazed at how supportive InterNACHI is and the value provided. It’s clear management is driven to do the right thing versus making a buck at every turn and I can’t express my appreciation and gratitude enough. After attending the class in Denver and obtaining my state license, I was hired by a local inspection company. That worked well until they sold to a national company. I’m not a fan of the layers and jumps in the corporate world so I’ve decided to start my own company. I still have lots to learn but it is so reassuring to be able to access to the years of experience and data behind InterNACHI and know you guys & gals have my back!

I wanted to thank you for the fantastic leadership InterNACHI has provided to the industry. It was a culture shock going from 30 years in the insurance inspection industry to the real estate home inspection industry. InterNACHI provides a seriously needed example of professionalism. You guys blazed a trail with no road map, yet hit the bulls eye. REALLY impressive.

Hey Nick. You probably won’t remember me, but I will never forget you. On FB a few years ago, I said I wished I could bend your ear for a few hours. You, in turn invested in me and for that I will forever be grateful. I went from doing 36 inspections in 2018, then I met you, online, and my life has changed. Thanks to you and your team, in 2019 I did 277 inspections. In 2020 I am well on my way to 500. By myself. I had a ton of experience in the building industry, but with you and your team, you pushed me to the top and I am now the one of the most preferred inspectors in my area. I am causing realtors to prefer me over their long time inspectors. I inspect for most of the big hitters and in August, I did 70 inspections. Crazy. All that to say THANK YOU!! Blessings Brother!!
I want to personally call Kaela’s assistance in helping us solve a problem with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Registration to your attention. One of our inspector’s con-ed paperwork was lost at IDPFR, and because of this foul-up, this inspector faced a one thousand dollar fine for applying for renewal without having submitted all of the required documents.
Kaela found the foul-up contacted the state, and in 3 days, this was corrected (a miracle for Illinois bureaucrats). At this time, we have one inspector out after shoulder surgery, and another is quarantined for Covid 19, and without this inspector being licensed, we were down to one inspector.
As always, InterNACHI staff has come through in a time of impending disaster.

I have been retired from Home Inspection for seven years and have lived happily since. But looking back over my 15 year inspection career I know that I owe Nick a very sincere “thank you”. If it had not been for the training, education, and personal favours extended to me during InterNACHI’s early years (and mine too)!) I would probably have enjoyed another career but I wouldn’t have enjoyed it as much as running my own H.I. business.
I was one of Nick’s first C.M.I.’s in Canada and supported that designation in Canada. And if it had not been for the support of InterNACHI and Nick My career might not have been as successful as it was.

I just wanted to pass along my compliments to you and Ben regarding William Decker. I did my Inspection Events and he was really great. Within the short span of a few weeks I gained some great insights and confidence in my abilities as a potential home inspector. Thanks to his insights, I took the exam for the State of Illinois license and passed. I just received my license this week.
You have a great program and having professionals like Will that are willing to step up and provide guidance to students like me is a real asset to InterNachi.

Hello, my name is Dave Supko and I recently finished the #1001 Boots on the Ground Course at the House of Horrors in Bloomsburg, PA. What an incredible experience. I also went through the certification process online and acquired my CPI. Currently I am in the startup stages for my own inspection business “Cardinal Way Home Inspection Services, LLC.” I just wanted to personally thank you for everything you have done for this industry and know that the entire staff at NETI, including James Jackson and Justin Weber could not have spoken any more highly of you.
Kinda goes without saying how great InterNACHI is. I am relatively new but everyday I get valuable information and knowledge. First starting I am glad I chose the best organization.
