I think this is right area to post

My first indpection in Fl. An apartment in 10 unit building built 1969. The subpanel is in the unit and the main is in the community laundry room. Sorry for quality of picture. Any observations?

Are you an inspector? If so, my question is, are there any issues of concern that you see?

Yes, newly minted CPI. The sub panel does not seem to have a bonding from the main panel and the main is a Zinsco with 70 amp. This is my first inspection.

Honestly, YES!
You should continue your questions regarding these panels in the same thread you began yesterday, that some of us, (including a licensed Electrician), have already spent time helping you!
(No need to clutter the MB with duplicate threads containing similar issues)!!

BTW… that Zinsco label, (I assume the reason for your query), don’t mean squat until you open and inspect the panel!!

Thanks for the coaching.

Got it. Carry these images on your clipboard. Images are duplicates of same condition. All are main/subpanel in same building. Subpanel in separate building is different:
