Looks like THHN running through EMT.
What does 1969 mean? Year built?
Panel doesn’t look 56 years old, looks newer.
I see no issues, but I am not on site, so can’t see up close with my own eyes.
BTW… that Zinsco label, (I assume the reason for your query), don’t mean squat until you open and inspect the panel!!

Agree, that GE panel is much newer. And the wiring is likely FMC or EMT.

Looks like all EMT so there are no wire type EGC’s which is code compliant. The red conductor at the top is being used as a neutral and so is a black conductor at the bottom of the neutral bus. There is a bushing missing on the feeder raceway.
