Well~ I never consider Home Inspection a gig. It was always a Hobby for me… I’m not ashamed to say that. I am proud to be able to say I can competently Inspect Homes. I love the science behind it all. As for and SEO Guru~ Well thanks… I don’t think of myself as a Guru, but I have worked in SEO and IT for 15 years. my Degree is in Computer Science. so I guess it’s safe to say I was always more of an SEO Guru than a Home Inspector… but like I said I’m not ashamed of that… I’m proud of my accomplishments in Home inspection as well as the Technical fields. … Home Inspection takes a lot more work and training than people realize. ( as you all know) and I respect you guys for that. I also appreciate the ribbing on pricing… ( to some point) because it help to zero in pricing for markets, and also you guys are a pretty real representation of the regular Joes. but for now as I have some customers under contract so, I think I will keep my prices as stated. ( except for my original price offer made here.)

If Nachi members wish to festoon their websites with a bunch of copies of essentially the same drivel, they can take any or all of the Nachi articles and create as many “unique” copies as they wish by substituting a few key words, reordering a few paragraphs, adding a leader, etc.
Sounds like a really good way to get your site permanently banned from the search engines to me.

Please post URLs of existing clients, we will help boost their traffic even more as we check the value of your work. Better yet, make log history available for us to see traffic produced first hand. We would like to see the traffic spike that correlates to your service. Also provide some general search phrases that show your clients at the top of the organic SERPs. If your service has merit and you have a bona-fide client base, this should be quite simple to do.
Every once in a while…we will get a visitor from TIJ or Hannigan’s board…who believe their own trash talk and think that, by virtue of your membership with NACHI, you are stupid. Being stupid, you will fall for whatever marketing gimmick they try on you.
Many of them are shocked to have their ridiculously small penises exposed and laughed at as they flee the message board from a membership that uses its board to expose fraudulent vendors.
This is not the first attempt, nor will it be the last…just the most recent. That’s all.

I have a college education in web development and have helped hundreds of people with site optimization. Google is very suspicious of sites that go from 50 pages to 5000 overnight. They know it can’t be done naturally, so the they suspect spam techniques. Not saying your service is.
You’ve been doing this for two years, so can you provide evidence of a site with poor traffic that after using your service is consistently generating high traffic. Not a spike, but *consistency.

Yes they are similar, but that does not matter because they are within Google’s acceptable limits. which is no more than 65% similar And Google is indexing and ranking them. It is sad that you guys are missing the point.

I am very aware of how suspicious Google is… I am not adding pages that fast… Actually that is Good thing to mention here. Thank you for bringing that up…
Google expects to see pages added at a “human speeds” If you are adding web pages too fast, Google takes notice, and may “sandbox” your pages. That could be as long as 1-3 months off the search engines . A safe rule of thumb is to add no more than 10 - 20 html pages a week, and resubmit your new sitemap to reflect the new pages.
Blog posts however do not fall under the same scrutiny as HTML pages do because they are generally thought to be more Web2.0 and instant. So Google allows those to be indexed faster. But I am careful not to trip that wire.
I use the auto post features in Word press, and post 1-2 posts an hour for 14hours a day shifting randomly. Since I have thousands of posts, I am scheduling several months into the future. This solves a few problems. 1. There is constant activity on the site. 2. It looks natural. 3. it does not spike traffic. I also use services from Only wire to submit my site to 40+ social networks automatically for indexing ranking and traffic.

Yet when I type in looking for a Chicago Home Inspector NACHI is not on the first page or the second page or the third,etc.
I am sure Matt will add great 5,000,000 articles on heating,plumbing,roofing,etc, but that does not help anyone find me when looking for a Home Inspector.
