in my inspection business.,
that most of the homes in the area i inspect are less than 15 years of age.
no roofs to climb since they are all tile, no basements, no crawspaces since they are all on concrete slabs…
life is pretty good over here..
the place i use to inspect in had everything.. under the house., on the house., dirty dirty work in those old places..
well, i'll just count my blessings !!

jeff, i just tell them sorry, it’s a tile roof, and we don’t walk em.
i do the best i can from the ground with binoculars.
never had any problem with that.
