I'm very sad to report that long-time member Dale Duffy passed away Saturday night

Dale was 2007 InterNACHI Member of the Year:

In 2013, Dale and I rented a place for a week in Breckenridge, Colorado so that we would not be distracted while we worked on InterNACHI’s Commercial Inspection Standards of Practice. Ironically, while we were there, the building we were staying in caught on fire and we had to evacuate.

Dale was also a Certified Master Inspector®, founded the National Association of Commercial Building Inspectors, and is a member of InterNACHI’s Hall of Fame.

Farewell Dale. I’ll see you on the other side.
