I just received a call about doing a commercial inspection of a residential property that was converted into a medical office here in South Carolina. I have no issues with that part, I have never inspected a building built in 1900. I am looking for information of things I should be aware of besides knob and tube wiring, older plumbing etc. If anyone can share information I should be looking out for I would appreciate the help. It is 1426 sq. feet, and has a crawl space. Thank you in advance.
