Can someone please inform me of the typical duration for a residential inspection, including 4-point and wind mitigation inspections? How long do these services typically take?
It takes as long as it takes to perform a proper inspection.

While true, I’m pretty sure that’s not the answer he wants.
When you get good at the 4pt and Wind Mits, they get reasonably fast. I think my first 4 point took well over an hour and now I can typically knock those out in like 30 minutes or so. Wind mits are even faster. When I see a properly installed metal attic ladder, that saves me 10 minutes of not futzing around with my big ladder.
Full inspections vary significantly on the size and condition of the home.
The software you use and how you inspect will also affect how long it takes.
I don’t have any basements, very few crawls and lots of inaccessible attic space, so your mileage will vary depending on how much of that you have.
