Free & Easy Leads: Are You Using Inspector Seek to Its Fullest?

Hey everyone,

Are you showing up on InterNACHI’s Inspector Seek search tool to get more job leads?

Here’s a video that shows you how.

If you’re not on there, you could be missing out on a ton of free, high-quality leads from homeowners and real estate agents in your area.

The best part is, it only takes about 10 minutes to set up. Here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: Log in to Your InterNACHI Dashboard

First things first, head over to www.nachi.org and log in to your account.

Step 2: Add Your Zip Code Listings

Once you’re logged in, go to the “Accounts” section and click on “Listings.” This is where you’ll want to add all the ZIP codes you service. This is super important because it’s how Inspector Seek matches you with local clients. Plus, this also turns on the “Call Me Now” button feature for your profile!

Step 3: Update Your Profile

Next, go back to “Accounts” and then to “Profile & Settings.” Make sure all your business information is up-to-date, especially:

  • Your website URL
  • Your phone number
  • Your business name and email address

This makes it easy for potential clients to check out your services and get in touch with you.

That’s it! It’s one of the easiest ways to get your name out there and generate more business without spending a dime on ads.

Boost Your Website Traffic with Ready-to-Use Articles

Hi everyone,

Want more visitors to your website without spending hours writing content?

Here’s a video to show you how.

Here’s a simple strategy: Use InterNACHI’s consumer articles to drive traffic—and clients—to your inspection business.

Step 1: Access a Library of Ready-to-Use Articles

Start by heading over to InterNACHI’s Consumer Articles. You’ll find hundreds of helpful, homeowner-focused posts on topics like:

  • “10 Easy Ways to Save Energy in Your Home”
  • “How to Maintain Your Roof”
  • “Why You Need a Home Inspection—Even for New Construction”

These are high-value topics people are already searching for—especially when they want to save money or maintain their home.

Step 2: Personalize the Article for Your Brand

Copy the content and paste it into your blog. But before you hit publish, make a few smart tweaks:

  • Replace mentions of “InterNACHI” with your company name (e.g., “Big B Inspections”).
  • Add a quick note at the end that says something like, “Want a professional opinion? Schedule your next inspection with Big B Inspections.”

Step 3: Use Local Keywords

Most homeowners are searching for solutions in their specific area. Try editing the article title or intro to include your city or region—for example:

  • “10 Easy Ways to Save Energy in [Your Town]"

This helps your blog show up when locals search for things like “save energy at home Charlotte NC” or “home maintenance tips Raleigh.”

Step 4: Watch Your Site Engagement Grow

When someone Googles how to lower their utility bills or care for their roof, your article could be the first thing they see. If your blog provides useful, trustworthy info—and you position yourself as the local expert—they’re more likely to click over to your site, contact you, and book an inspection.
