Sorry, I’ve been away. To answer you, I think its a good deal. I’m on my eighth one and its easy. They do most of the work, we just really have to take and upload photo’s and enter a little information.
Thanks for your reply. From what I understand it doesn’t cost anything unless you get a home inspection out of it and then they want $50. How many inspections have you gotten thru them?

Yes. If they book you the home inspection or if you get the home inspection in conjunction with the consulting job, then you pay a $50.00 referral fee. Getting a home inspection on top of the consultant job is rare. Most of the time the client has already had a home inspection done prior to contacting Makeover for the HUD Consulting.

They only get a $50.00 referral fee if they get you an inspection. Honestly, by the time I get brought in an the HUD consultant the people have already had an inspection.

I have done several through Makeover. Tom has messed up multiple deals because he also does contracting and tries to do the work. He cost a couple clients needless money they didn’t have and a couple deals have been shady. Some lenders have quit working with them. They want you to turn a blind eye on things that I am not comfortable with. Clayton is a great guy…but surrounded with unlike people. Be cautious working with them, keep your morals and don’t be afraid to stand up to them…READ what you are signing, the liability may fall back on YOU.
