Sorry, I’ve been away. To answer you, I think its a good deal. I’m on my eighth one and its easy. They do most of the work, we just really have to take and upload photo’s and enter a little information.
Thanks for your reply. From what I understand it doesn’t cost anything unless you get a home inspection out of it and then they want $50. How many inspections have you gotten thru them?

Yes. If they book you the home inspection or if you get the home inspection in conjunction with the consulting job, then you pay a $50.00 referral fee. Getting a home inspection on top of the consultant job is rare. Most of the time the client has already had a home inspection done prior to contacting Makeover for the HUD Consulting.

They only get a $50.00 referral fee if they get you an inspection. Honestly, by the time I get brought in an the HUD consultant the people have already had an inspection.
