I am a new inspector and just want to give credit to InterNACHI for all of the marketing and training resources that they have available for new inspectors. When I’m out shaking hands with real estate agents I always leave them with a bunch of printouts on my InterNACHI certifications and the buy back guarantee.
When I joined InterNACHI not too long ago, I was already a member of another association and only joined InterNACHI for all of the training resources. But this other association offered ZERO marketing and training resources for new inspectors. It became apparent quickly to abandon this other association.
