I for one consider myself lucky to know you and I know that InterNachi is lucky to have you as one of its bona fide experts and mentors helping the younger generation when they are in need.

I read and learn… I have discovered a LOT of great information on the forum. Seen some interesting posts but then move on. I spend a lot of time just reading and researching out here. My wife says “I spend too much time” out here… 
A few times I wanted to jump in there but then decided it was best just to sit back and read. Through it all though there are a lot of fellow inspectors that really want to help out and since I’ve only been a member now just over a year I guess I am still considered a newbie. I guess until I’ve hit that 10 year mark I’ll probably feel that way. But for all that do participate in the forum - I thank you !!! Besides ALL the great course that InterNachi has to offer I still learn even more reading all the posts. You just never stop learning.

Yes, for years many of us have been asking Nick to get NACHI branded in the RE industry.
Hats off to Sheilenna for being able to get it going and to Nick for doing it.
We are targeting real estate agents on three other fronts as well: Real estate events, www.nachi.org/buy.htm and http://www.nachi.org/real-estate-agent-continuing-education.htm
