Hi carla,

cool idea I went for a 10 mile bicycle ride (the first in 30 years) my legs hurt but the company and the scenery more that made up for it ![icon_wink.gif](upload://ssT9V5t45yjlgXqiFRXL04eXtqw.gif)

I worked all week-end.

Nothing exciting happened with me. I should have joined my wife at a party she was invited to last night, but I was exhausted.

After work each day I played with my 2 girls in the backyard, and drank Jim Beam and diet Pepsi.

Weekend? There was a weekend?

Mary Jo and I've been hitting it really hard for the last 6 weeks or so.

We bought a house. It needed work...new 200 amp service panel with entrance, old carpet out, new hickory floors in, close in the loft rooms, new masonry chimney cap, paint through out, lower and narrower garage door with opener and service door, dishwasher, built-in oven/micro add cable/telephone lines, etc.

Continue with inspections and marketing.

We sold a house. Pack and move everything but the piano-we'll have someone else move that.

Continue with inspections.

Transition the office without interruption.

Continue with inspections and marketing.

It's all been fun until today, we're beat and need a break. Oh well, almost there.

Carry on. ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)

Shot the .22 target pistol (Ruger, mark II) and .22 target rifle ( Mossburg, T-handle).

Also, shot some reloads with the .357( GP-100) and .44 mag( Supper Blackhawk 10.5 in. Barrel).

Boy, am I out of practice.

Then it started to rain. ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif) and it is still raining.

Great fun, but I always hate cleaning them after.

Todd, my son went to UA and we visited him several times in the early 90’s. He took us to a steakhouse out on I10, I think, but am not 100% sure of that. It was very well known in the area and was ‘the’ place to go for steaks. I remember they cooked them over an open pit and made a show of the cooking somewhat. Anyway, I was talking recently to a couple relocating to Austin from Tucson and they didn’t know what I was referring to. Does that ring any bells?

No, not on I-10 that I know of. However, their is a 5 star on Tange Verde road that has a good steak for $30 it is called the "Tack Room" does that ring a bell?

I only moved here in 1993 and I don't go out to eat all that often.

When I want a good steak I either cook it myself or go to the "Guest Ranch" at the far East end of Speedway up against the Saguaro National forest East.

Now that's what I'm talking 'bout!

I should've done that but I ran six miles instead.

Great idea, Carla…

The wife and I went out to dinner and a movie last evening. Worked in the wood shop on a project for the church most of Saturday. Went to church this morning and lounged around most of the afternoon as well as getting prepared for a busy week ahead. A most pleasant weekend. ![icon_biggrin.gif](upload://iKNGSw3qcRIEmXySa8gItY6Gczg.gif)
