Those screws in the back are for towel hooks in the bathroom.
Look how close they got to, well, everything.
The two new 20a wires are going to be right up against the drywall.
Anyone want to add towel hooks on this side also?

There is no code issue with the two 20 amp cables since they’re more than 1¼" from the edge of the stud. What’s with the big mess of disconnected conductors?
Not to worry, towel hooks mounted to drywall don’t stay up very long!
Rough electrical / pre-drywall inspection.
I called out the two new 20 amp circuits as needlessly close the resulting drywall (1/4 to 1/2" inch separation).
I’d prefer to see those use a more central knockout, and be stapled so they can’t get close to the drywall or be pushed when the wall is insulated.
A future towel hook could reach those wires the way they are run:
the sparky used the only two available 1/2" knockouts.
But the sparky can move those two to a 3/4" knockout further back, and keep the wires out of the danger zone for future drywall penetrations.
This wall has so many targets for future “towel hooks”.
Just my personal opinion but you’re overstepping. What is shown in the photo with the two #12 cables is code compliant.
