I was at a realtors tradeshow last tuesday and checked with the other inspectors.
Housemaster was $400
Homeworks was $375
Team One was $377
Me ACISS is $450
All above not including HST
Most inspectors above the price does not increase until more than 2500 sqft
Our price goes to $499 from 2-3000 sqft
Plus extra for Infrared Thermography
I am totally booked solid for the week. I charge 10-15% more than this average survey.
Also note all the companies above pay WSIB.
With the liability we face and the service we provide the average should be $500-$600 per inspection.
Work smarter not harder.
